Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent containing the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Counter-Notification

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users or content contributors who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Good Faith Notice
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
